Lookout Lodge is a completely remodeled cabin with all the modern comforts of home while you enjoy the beautiful Big Bear mountains. This home is perfect for couples and small families to get away from town and enjoy some quality time together.
Lookout Lodge is nestled in a quaint neighborhood in Big Bear City near a small forest preserve. This two bedroom, one bath lodge is upgraded with granite countertops, large tile floors, high quality carpet, comfortable beds, and a large wood/gas burning fireplace.
Cuddle up next to the fire and watch movies on our 55" flatscreen in the living room. Or stay and relax in the bed and enjoy your choice of Netflix or cable in the bedrooms with the 39" flatscreen TVs. Wake up to your freshly brewed coffee using the coffee pot and sit on the deck listening to the birds chirping while enjoying the fresh mountain air.
Lookout lodge has been upgraded with all the modern creature comforts for you to enjoy your relaxing mountain stay. The preserve located down the street from the lodge is a great place for relaxing strolls or for playing in the snow.
Lodge has two comfortable beds, one king and one queen. Lodge sleeps 4.

Dishes, pots and pans provided.
Toilet paper and paper towels provided.
Charcoal and firewood not provided.

Access to entire house. Access is made easy with a lockbox on the front door. You will be able to check-in anytime then come and go as you please.
The neighborhood is a nice quiet area that isn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle of town. It allows you to actually escape the city an enjoy the mountains in peace.
Mountain metro bus picks up and drops off one block away.

I am originally from Athens, Georgia. I moved to California and have been living in San Diego since 2009. Prior to moving San Diego I lived in Los Angeles for 3 years and made some great friends. I love to travel and look forward to the new relationships I will form through Airbnb.

-Please be respectful and have a good time! Leave the cottage the way you found it.
-The cleaning fee is for the house keeper to come in and do laundry, replace bedding, vacuum, sweep and wipe down furniture. It is not to wash your dishes and clean up your mess. If house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning then an additional cleaning fee will apply.
-Take trash with you to dumpsters at fire station near by. There is no trash pickup, if you leave trash at house, there will be a fee of $15/bag that is charged by the housekeepers.
-When you leave please wash and put away dishes. Empty all items from refrigerator. Please don't leave any for future guest to use.
-No smoking inside home. A fee of $150 to air purify and rid the house of smoke smell will apply if you do.
-Due to a pet allergies we do not allow pets.
* Check out time is 11am sharp, this is very important. House keeping needs time to prepare the home for the arriving guest. A $50/hour charge will be added to any check outs after 11am that aren't pre-approved by myself. Some times late check out till 1pm is available for additional $50.
**The city of Big Bear limits the number of guests we can have stay in the home to 4 people max. If you have more than 4 people in the home we could lose our lodging license. If we find that you have more than 4 guest, we could ask you to leave, your deposit will be forfeited and or you will be charged an additional $100/per guest per night.
-Bringing a pet without permission from Matt will result in a $250 extra cleaning fee.
